It is Designed for off-grid communities, remote villages, and emergency response. The system is gravity-fed and pump-free, ensuring simplicity and reliability. A Solenoid Valve and an Adjustable Valve ensure that all water passing through is fully disinfected.

40W UV-C lamp (254 nm) destroys microbial DNA/RNA, achieving ≥99.9% disinfection efficiency.
Gravity-Fed Design with Flow Control
No pump required — ensuring lower failure rate and minimal maintenance in remote environments. With adjustable Valve keeps gravity-fed flow at ≤38 LPM to secure optimal UV exposure time.
Solenoid Valve Safety Protection
Power OFF → water flow stops (valve closes).
Power ON → water flows safely (valve opens).
Prevents untreated water from reaching the outlet.

How It Works
Solar Power Runs the System, and the Battery Keeps It Running When Sunlight Is Weak
The system is designed to operate primarily on solar energy. During the day, sunlight powers the UV lamp and control system directly. If a 48V LiFePO₄ battery is installed, solar energy will also charge the battery at the same time.
Safety first：UV not ON → no water can pass
A built-in Solenoid Valve ensures water only flows when UV is working:

If UV lamp is ON → valve opens → water can enter

If UV lamp is OFF → valve closes → water is blocked
This prevents any untreated water from reaching the user.
Water flows in naturally — no pump needed
Water comes from a tank or elevated container and flows into the UV chamber by gravity alone. This makes the system simple and reliable.
Flow is adjusted for perfect UV exposure
For UV to disinfect properly, water must move at the right speed.
The Adjustable Valve keeps the flow at ≤38 LPM — the ideal rate for strong disinfection.
